RETURNS
ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES ( BODYSUITS, LINGERIE,SWIMSUITS, AND/OR UNDERGARMENTS ), SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS, INCLUDING ORDERS USING A DISCOUNT CODE ON A SALE DAY, ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
We do not offer money back returns. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect and issue you an online credit.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or if an item is damaged. Please keep in mind that our merchandise are inspected thoroughly before shipping.
Original tags, including Dlux Fashion Boutique tags must be attached. Zippers are tested before fulfilling all orders to assure that they are working properly. Please verify your size on our sizing chart. In some cases, some manufacturer sizes tend to run larger or smaller than labeled and we will do our best to indicate this in the Item Description. We cannot accept fault for zippers that are forced and damaged while the customer dresses themselves. We’re also not liable for stress tears on the seam of an item if being forced on or fitting too snug. Items must be unworn and free of any stains and/or odors.
If this conditions aren’t followed, your refund will be denied.
A 15 % restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “undeliverable address”. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Dlux Fashion Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
Your item must arrive back to us within 7 days from the day of receiving your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes time to locate the order. Please allow us from 5 to 7 business days to process your return once it arrives back to us.
Orders that are originally shipped free, a shipping fee will be deducted from your online credit upon the item’s return.
We fulfill orders as they are made and orders can’t be cancelled after 2 hours from the time the order is placed. Once an order is being processed, we can’t alter or add items to the order.
Dlux Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are delivered to the mailbox or location that the customer has entered at time of checkout. Double check that you entered the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind that we ship to the address that you entered at checkout.
We don’t ship to PO BOX, APO, or Postal Boxes. Orders will only ship to a home or business address.
Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you as soon as it arrives. At that time you will be charged for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or cancel the order. We, as merchants, are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
If you have an excessive amount of returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we can make the decision to refuse service moving forward.
